DP.. S series Parallel shaft planetary gearbox :
Appropriate economical design solutions proved themselves under different operating conditions.A fine-progression series covers a nominal torque range between 22,000 and 2,600,000Nm.
The modular design permits standardization of many basic components, including both planetary gear stages and housing partsas well as input side and output side components.
Thus, complexity is reduced and manufacture in economical lot sizes is made possible at high quality standards.
A team of planning and design engineers makes sure that optimum solutions with regard to technology and efficiency are quickly realized for customer requirements which cannot be met with the standard product range.
Material :
Housing: Heavily loaded housing parts are made out of spheroidal graphite cast iron, all other parts are out of grey cast iron.
Gear teeth: Sun and planet gears have spur gear teeth and are case-hardened and ground. Annulus gears are mostly quenched and tempered and shaped or ground, depending on size. Bevel gears are case-hardened and, depending
on size, lapped, HPG-cut or ground. The gears and gear shafts of the primary gear stages have helical teeth and are casehardened and ground.
Bearing arrangements: Gears and shafts are exclusively supporte by amply dimensioned rolling bearings.
Input side :The shafts are designed for client's application ,like IEC Adaptor ,Solid shaft or Customized adaptor .
Output side: In addition to standard designs it is possible to design hollow and solid shafts also with involute splines
