Overview
Hurko intelligent controller using MCU to control, can receive the on-off signal, proportion signal, bus signal. Connect with three-phase contactor or solid state relay, realizing the on and off operation for the actuator. Integrated perfect protection protects circuit from overheating, off phase, over torque and so on. The controller can provide position signal feedback, multiple field programmable relay state feedback. The control signal can be divided into ON-OFF type(HK) and Modulating type(HKM), the power supply can be divide into signal-phase and three-phase.
ON-OFF type receive only external on and off signal, through the MCU control panel processing, enlarge the output instruction to drive actuator motor for remote control the open and close. On the basis of ON-OFF type, the Modulating type can receive external proportion signal.
Bus type:
Profibus-DP, Modbus, FF, Hart, Device Net.

APPLICATION
HKM series is continuously modulating Valve ACTUATOR Actuator, can be operated up to a rate of 1200 starts per hour providing the average torque required by the valve in mid stroke does not exceed 33% of the rated torque of the selected model.
HKM series is modulating type actuator, can directly drive gate valves, globe valves, etc., which requires opened by more than 90 degrees rotation or multi turn.
HKM actuator with W series worm gearbox can be output as 0~90 degree part-turn to drive ball valve, butterfly valve. Rated output torque of this combined type is 470N.m ~51500N.m can totally satisfied all kinds of industrial applications. Besides, our HKJM series part-turn actuator also suit all these applications.
W and D series gearbox have one stage and two stage transmission, ratio of one stage is 1:40, 1:60, 1:70; ratio of two stage is over 1:80, there’s a pair of cylindrical gear or bevel gear in worm gearbox.
