Product Description
BAFFERO N series planetary gear speed reducers and gearmotors are the premier in-line drives. This series is characterized by maintenance-free and fully oil-lubricated anti-friction bearings, combined with the high power density of the planetary output stages. They are mainly used for high reduction ratios and low output speeds. Individual optional features, such as special sealing systems and lubricants, torque arms and swing bases complete the range, which is mainly used for conveyors, feeders and dryers.

The shafts are designed for taking up, for example, couplings or pulleys.
Output side
In addition to standard designs it is possible to design hollow and solid shafts also with involute splines,
Seals :
Input and output shafts have radial shaft seals as standard
For special applications we provide seal with Refillable labyrinth
Noise :
The Gear Units are Optimized with regard to noise emission and can be weighted to VDI21559 ,depending on the power ration.

Delivery :
BAFFERO PLANETARY GEARBOX / GEARMOTOR are supplied ready for installation , but without oils .
The gear housing are protected against corrosion and lacquered
Shaft mounted gear units are supplied with sa shrink disk as standard,but without a guard
